In a world where monsters appear and the climate changes drastically, the only place that maintains the form of a nation is the “Capital”. There exists the infamous esper unit, “White Corps”, which is deployed to eliminate monsters and absorb outside populations. Shin Hwajin, an esper of the White Corps, is constantly looked down on due to his origin and weak abilities. One day, upon hearing that his twin brother, who acted as the team’s guide, was exploited and killed by his teammates, he goes on a rampage and wipes out the team, then throws himself off a cliff. But when he opens his eyes, he finds himself in a hidden village called “Library”, where people live in hiding from the Capital. The one who saves the memory-lost Hwajin is Than, the man who leads the Library. Than, who lost his home and family to a White Corps raid, despises Hwajin for speaking in the Capital’s dialect, but gives him the name “Hima” and slowly begins to care for him as he sees how innocent he has become without his memories. As Hima grows closer to Than, both emotionally and physically, he gradually begins to recover his true powers…
